The Hap, Happiest Season of All

The holiday spirit is in full swing at The Wreath Stand. What an amazing weekend we had with all of you at our Christmas Open House! Seeing your faces brings us great delight! The music, the trees, the ornaments, the cookies--our hearts are overflowing with happiness and gratitude.

As much as we would like to take a breath and reflect on a wonderful weekend, the next fantastic event is already upon us!  If you've been in Nashville very long you know exactly what we're talking about -- Christmas Village. If you're not familiar with Christmas Village, this vendor event has been a Nashville holiday tradition for over 60 years. Hop over to their website for all the details: www.christmasvillage.org

This will be our 7th year at Christmas Village, and we're so excited to share this holiday tradition with you again. We always meet so many new friends at Christmas Village. In fact, many of you we met at Christmas Village and you have now become old friends. Here's a little look down memory lane from years past. 

2015 marked our first year at Christmas Village. We had no idea what we were getting ourselves into! Rachel was still hand making wreaths and stayed up all night Friday & most of the night Saturday making more to restock the booth after everything sold out quickly!

By 2016 we learned to bring a little more inventory with us! But still had some room for improvement in the "don't make a huge mess" department!

By 2017 we were finally hitting our stride!

And 2018 marked the last year in the old buildings. We still miss our great corner space and the nostalgia of the old buildings. (We don't miss the bathrooms, though!!)

2019 was such a fun year, the first in the new buildings! And we hated missing our annual tradition in 2020.

2021 was a wonderful return to our tradition celebrating Nashville's 60th Christmas Village.

This truly is one of our most anticipated events all year. The planning starts for us in January when we head to Atlanta for the Gift Market. We plan treasures that are exclusively for Christmas Village. So, if you shopped with us at our Open House last weekend, we will have fresh, new goodies for you this weekend at Christmas Village!

We can't wait to see you there. Don't forget, I'll be at the store Friday and Saturday from 10-5. It's a great opportunity to see the Christmas wonderland in the store then hop over to Christmas Village to complete the holiday shopping experience.
